Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development & Imports Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting product development and import operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage product development timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to facilitate import operations and manage shipping logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet quality standards.
• Maintain and update product information databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for product development strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on product development progress and import activities.
• Support the procurement team with order processing and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in product development, import coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of import regulations and compliance is a plus.

Work Hours:

The position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
