Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development & Imports Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting product development and import operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage product development timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to facilitate import operations and manage shipping logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet quality standards.
- Maintain and update product information databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for product development strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on product development progress and import activities.
- Support the procurement team with order processing and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in product development, import coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of import regulations and compliance is a plus.
Work Hours:
The position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
